I absolutely love making meals with this pan! I haven't owned it for very long, but each and every use has been a non-stick experience with an easy clean up! The Green Earth pan has a really neat textured, raised cooking bottom. It has greblon, which is a ceramic coating from Germany, and it's absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals. That's what gives it it's non-stick capabilities. I haven't used metal utensils on this pan yet, so as far as scratch resistance, I can't really comment on until I've owned for a longer time. But I will say that I wish Ozeri made a whole set of pots and pans. I really would like to have more than just this 12" pan. Also, I have not washed this any other way other than by hand. And we haven't had to use any elbow grease to get the grease off. LOL.
