HOT & SWEET Smoked Spanish Paprika Powder

I had the opportunity to try out some Spanish paprika powder for free in exchange for my honest opinion of it. I have actually never tried paprika powders before, so I didn't really have anything to compare these two particular paprika powders to. However, I can tell you what I liked about them. I've really gotten into trying new things, healthier foods, and ways of cooking. My daughter bought me a new cooking griddle for my birthday earlier this month, and I love cooking tilapia on it. I decided to try out my new Smoked Spanish Paprika Powder on my tilapia one night. I simply rubbed it on the fish. It went on easy and there wasn't a strong smell. But it sure did make my tilapia look like the prettiest I've ever made! And it added a wonderful taste to it as well. Different then what we are all used to, but still good. Since then, I've not only continued to use it on my tilapia, but I've also rubbed it on baked chicken, grilled potatoes, and I'm currently thinking of different ways to use it to spruce up my new dinners. They come as a set, so you can be sweet, spicy or both!
