This foam mattress topper is AMAZING on my son's twin bed! I slept on it the other night because he wanted to sleep with my husband and I, and he took up the whole other half of our king bed! I would let it air out when you get it though. It comes vacuum sealed for shipping purposes, but when you open it up it has a distinct smell. The foam doesn't contain any bad stuff like chemicals or formaldehyde though. And it doesn't make it bad to sleep on the first night...the smell might just be annoying. But like I said...you can let it air out and it'll be just fine.
