National Consumer Panel

As you guys are well aware, I do product reviews. I do them on things I buy, things I get for free in exchange for a review, and just because I feel like it. I have a lot of fun doing them, especially if it's helping someone else out.
I have recently stumbled across another pretty neat deal, and I wanted to share the info with you guys. It's called National Consumer Panel. And I just started so I haven't really gotten into a whole lot yet, but here's the scoop and the benefits.
"Reward yourself for sharing your opinions with NCP. Joining our panel gives you the forum to tell brands what you think based on what you buy so they can improve the shopping experience for everyone. Plus, you earn rewards!"
Below...is their website and some more information. Basically, for a minimum of once a week, you scan your receipts. You can do it every time you shop, or just one big Wal-Mart trip. Doesn't matter if it's your gas station receipt for candy and pop, or Dollar General for toilet paper. You earn points and rewards. Plus there's little surveys you can do from time to time to get you more points.
And every month there's a winner of a $500 NCP Visa Pre-paid card! Plus shopping sprees too!
So if you're looking for a way to be rewarded for all your hardcore shopping that you do, head over and check out NCP. You'll be happy you did. And you get an awesome little hand scanner! :)

"Each week, you scan all of your purchases and transmit the data to us. We’ll also contact you from time to time to listen to your opinions and ask you questions. Being a panelist generally takes about an hour a week. We know your time is valuable, so we reward you for sharing with us. You accumulate points with each interaction, and earn more points the longer you’re on the panel. When you’re ready, you cash these points in to get rewards."

Laughter break!

I just wanted to take a break from the life of reviews, and post something I felt was hilarious and in need of a share or two.
In the video is my daughter and her best friend at the bowling alley. I had just dropped them off, but wanted to spy and see what they were up to before I left them unattended. Of course, I always have my phone attached to my hand for pictures or...for once in a lifetime events such as this.

I laughed so hard in this shot! I hope you get a little laugh too :)

Thanks for watching guys!!

Fruit Popsicle Molds - So Cool! :)

So let me tell ya...these are so cool! Literally (ya know...freezer cool) lol
Seriously though...what I did with my set, is made homemade juicicles (I made up a word there). Since I own a couple of juicers, I had some fun. So what I did was juiced some fruits, put a little of the fruit back in the juice, and poured it in the molds and froze. After they were done, we had homemade juice pops. All organically grown fruit, so it's a healthy treat for the kiddos. These molds are pretty tough. They're aren't the cheapo kind that feel like they're gonna crack on you. My oldest likes to invent her own recipes, and usually ends up with great tasting meals. I wonder what kind of mix she could come up with to use these molds with. Whatever she decides with these, I'm sure will taste great, and look super cute too! There's enough for a small sleepover for the kiddos and their friends, and they could even get involved in making them as sort of an activity for the night. Each kid gets their own color. Anyway...one could come up with many ideas for these neat Fruit Popsicle Molds.
The first idea one should have is..."These sound so cool! I should get some for the kids"
Here's an example off the seller's link.
I think next time, we'll grab some kiwi to add in the molds with the juice.
